A Human on the End of the Line

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to have a real human being to consult when needing some advice on moving out and last minute issues. Kirsty was not only human, by which I mean kind and understanding but was also exceptionally helpful, full of good advice and helpful solutions, issuing me with a copy of the guide to leaving a tenancy, giving me details of recommended cleaners etc etc.. It made the moving out process as smooth and painless as possible. I just wanted to say thank you and to let you know how much I appreciated that help and advice from a person and not an answer machine... Kind regards, Sara Rollason
